La casa è indipendente e si trova su una collina che offre una vista spettacolare delle Alpi Apuane, in particolare del Monte Altissimo di Michelangelo, del mare, delle romantiche isole del Golfo dei Poeti e di Portovenere.
Ha una superficie di circa 150 m2 e un giardino privato e completamente recintato, di circa 2000 m. Per la sicurezza degli ospiti, sia il perimetro esterno dell'abitazione, che l'interno, sono protetti da un sistema di allarme. La piscina in posizione panoramica misura 11 x 5 m ed ha una profondità di 1 ,50 m. A disposizione degli ospiti sono una grande griglia in muratura ed un forno a legna, una veranda lunga quanto la casa con vista piscina e mare, arredata con un grande tavolo rettangolare, sedie e poltroncine, e con accesso diretto dalla cucina.
Piano terra: Una grande cucina abitabile ben fornita di tutto il necessario, con tavolo per 10 persone, un divano letto e TV satellitare; accanto un salottino con una poltroncina che, se necessario, può essere trasformata in un letto singolo. Da questa stanza si accede ad un bagno con doccia e ad una camera matrimoniale.
Primo piano: Due camere matrimoniali, una delle quali con proprio bagno con doccia; una camera a tre letti e un altro bagno con doccia in corridoio. Tutte le camere su questo piano sono fornite di aria condizionata.
Il paese più vicino si chiama Vallecchia,a circa 1,5 km di distanza e lì, attorno alla antica pieve, lungo la via Francigena, si trovano vari negozi, tra cui due alimentari (uno bio), una panetteria, un bar tabacchi e giornali e due ristoranti. Ogni venerdì mattina nella piazza della chiesa si svolge inoltre il mercato settimanale, che offre anche prodotti tipici del territorio. A disposizione degli ospiti lasciamo nella villa un book con informazioni utili per visite turistiche, eventi culturali, attività ed escursioni, oltre a restare personalmente a vostra disposizione 24 ore su 24 per tutta la durata del vostro soggiorno.

A 5 stars location!
I would like to thank the owner Alfredo and the manager for such a lovely stay in this Tuscan villa immersed in the lush mountainous landscape of Pietrasanta just a few minutes away from Forte dei Marmi beach. The house is really very large, lovely and homey. We stayed with another couple and my 8 year old child and we had a very relaxing time enjoying the pool, playing Ping-Pong, entertaining and cooking. It's a wonderful house for entertaining as it has a very large walk out terrace with two large tables for wining and dining Another thing we really liked was that the house offers the maximum of privacy as downstairs there is a separate suite with a bathroom and large adjoining room with a separate door. Upstairs the two other suites are also separated by a long corridor and doors to ensure a maximum of relaxation and comfort. Plus there is a kids room with three separate beds next door to one of the master bedrooms. The garden is fabulous and the pool is large enough to have a real swim and not just a splash around. There are enough lawn chairs for an army! The host was very graceful and very helpful and all the amenities worked to optimum standard: fridge, stove, oven, washing machine and dishwasher ect. We were very happy here and would highly recommend to anyone: families, individuals or groups of friends or associates; this is a wonderful place to relax and make some wonderful memories! Overall I give it 5 stars! Thank you again Alfredo for your wonderful hospitality
Excellentes vacances
La Toscane est magnifique et la villa tout confort ! Spacieuse! Tout confort ! Une vue magnifique ! Grande piscine chaude ! Terrasse couverte avec 2 salons ! A 30mn de Pise et Lucca ! Pietrasanta est un très beau village ! Seuls points négatifs les moustiques et bien lire le contrat car il faut payer l électricité a la fin du séjour ! Décoration vieillotte mais ce n est pas grave le restant est top !
Nice stay with magnificent views and large pool
We stayed in this property for two weeks in August with a party of four adults and three little kids (age 0-3). The house is spacious and offered individual bathrooms for every party. The style of the house is not the latest style, neither very luxurious, but absolutely okay for a nice stay and bathrooms have been renovated. The owner is a very kind man, who took care of anything we requested. Thank you very much, Alfredo! Also very pleasant to work with is Sonja, who is the first contact person for renters (she also is fluent in German). The best thing about the house however is the large pool area, which offers great views all around the coastline, as well as to the mountains. Same views by the way can be enjoyed from the large terrasse and the first floor of the house. We enjoyed our holidays!
